Private session
Summary
Not everyone learns well in a room of ten people all doing the same thing. A private session gives you a tutor to yourself (or shared with whoever you bring along) and a plan built around what you actually want to do. Good for anyone who finds group classes move too fast or too slow, or who has a specific skill they want to get right — centering, pulling walls, handles, glazing, whatever’s been giving you trouble. We’ll plan the session around that. If there’s something specific you want to cover, drop us a message after booking so your tutor can prepare properly. Firing is not included. *If you are unable to find your desired time on our booking system, please contact the studio to discuss a potential arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: Private sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and paid in full online at the time of booking. Each session is 90 minutes and can be shared by up to 4 people. The price shown is per person. Please book for the correct number of people — if more people turn up than were booked, we may not be able to accommodate them. Cancellations and rescheduling: Cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund minus a 3% payment processing fee, or reschedule once free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability. If the session is cancelled by us (for example, tutor illness), we’ll offer you an alternative slot or a full refund. Late arrival and no-shows: Please arrive on time . If you’re late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time. If you don’t turn up and haven’t let us know, the session is treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and is non-refundable.
