Never touched clay? This is where to start. Two hours of wheel throwing or hand-building, with a teacher by your side the whole way. Come to find out if pottery is for you, or come just for the afternoon.

Semester-long Course
Six or twelve weeks. Three hours a week. Long enough to get good.
Each one follows a plan, so you always know what you’re working towards — and each stage is repeated until it’s yours rather than a fluke.

Private Session
Not everyone learns well in a room of ten people all doing the same thing.
A private session gives you a tutor to yourself (or shared with whoever you bring along) and a plan built around what you actually want to do.

Clay, tools and aprons are provided
Everything you need is on the bench when you arrive. Just wear something you don't mind getting muddy.
We fire your work for you
Pieces from classes are dried, fired and glazed in our kilns and ready to collect about 2 weeks later.
No food or drink in the studio
Clay dust and snacks don't mix, so we keep outside of the studio. Water bottles with lids are fine.

Either a taster session or a private session.
Taster sessions are built for complete beginners: you’ll be shown everything from wedging to finishing alongside a small group.
A private session is just as beginner-friendly, but it’s one-to-one (or just you and your friends) with a tutor who shapes the session around what you want to make — so you go entirely at your own pace. If you love it, a semester course is the natural next step.
The wheel is the classic spinning experience: messier, trickier, very satisfying. Hand-building is slower and more forgiving, and you can make shapes a wheel can't. Both are great first sessions.
once clay is fired it can't be recycled，and it will outlast all of us. For the planet, we encourage you to choose carefully and fire only the pieces you truly love and want to keep
